Shipping:
We ship UPS and USPS.
UPS requires a physical address.
All P.O. Box addresses must use the USPS shipping option.
Please note we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, or any military addresses APO/FPO etc...
We also do not ship internationally.

Please Note: When a package is refused or returned undeliverable, you will receive a refund for the purchase price, less the original shipping, less the return shipping and a there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Please be sure to provide an accurate shipping address for UPS delivery.
If a package is redirected or the address is changed for delivery there will be an $11.00 redirect fee charged to your method of payment.
UPS charges this fee if they have to change any part of the address (Apt, suite #, house #, address etc...) to deliver the package.

Shipping Note:
Additional shipping costs may apply to oversized packages.
We will contact you if this occurs.

Payments Accepted:
Kentucky residents add 6% sales tax.
We only accept USA registered credit cards and US registered Paypal accounts.
Your billing address and credit card statement address must match in order for us to process your order.
If your billing address is different from your shipping address you must choose OTHER on the payment page and fill in the correct billing information in order for us to process your order and payment.

Return Policy:
Satisfaction Guaranteed.
You must contact us within 2 days of delivery if you would like to make a return or if there is a problem with your order.
We must receive the item back within 7 days after contacting us.
If we do not received within this time frame the package will be refused and sent back and no refund will be given.
You will receive a refund of the purchase price only after the item is received and inspected.
Refunds will not include any s/h charges and is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
We will only accept the item back in the original packaging, new, unused condition it was sent in.
Any item returned used or damaged will void the return policy and a refund or replacement will not be given.
We will issue an RMA # with return instructions and address to ship item back to.
Please be sure item is packed in the original packaging and packed well so it does not get damaged in shipping.
You will need to include your full name, address, email address & packing slip.
You will be also be required to ship the item back insured carrier with a tracking number.
Please be sure to write the RMA # on the outside of the package.
Any package returned without an RMA or tracking # will not be accepted.

Please note: Any jewelry, hair accessories/hair jewelry, discontinued products, 2nds or specials cannot be returned. Sorry, no exceptions.

Damaged Items:
You must contact us within 2 days of delivery if an order is received damaged.
You will be required to submit a picture of the damaged product and hold all packaging for 7 to 10 business days in order for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Picture is required within 24hrs of contacting us.
If you are unable to provide a picture you will be required to send the item/items back at your expense.
After the claim has been approved we will refund or re-ship item at our discretion.


You will receive a replacement, money back or a store credit at our descretion.
